Bouillon:
Onze bouillon is ongeopend vanaf de productiedatum tenminste 12 weken houdbaar op max 4°C, bij -18°C kun is dit 6 maanden. Eenmaal geopend dien je de bouillon binnen 3 dagen te nuttigen.
Vlees:
Voor ultieme versheid adviseren we ons vlees te bewaren in de vriezer op minimaal -18°C. Laat het vlees, wanneer je het wilt bereiden, een dag van tevoren langzaam ontdooien in de koelkast. Haal het vlees een uur of twee voor bereiding uit de verpakking en laat het op kamertemperatuur komen voor een gelijkmatige garing.
Vleeswaren:
Wij bevriezen vleeswaren direct na portionering, hiermee verlengen we de THT en is deze vanaf inpakdatum tenminste 6 maanden houdbaar. Eenmaal geopend dien je deze binnen 3 dagen te nuttigen. Wij raden ten alle tijden af vleeswaren onder warm water te ontdooien!
